Our presentation will illustrate the reshaping and redesign of behavioral health responses and providing innovative solutions to address gaps in care. This presentation will discuss how to address high-risk populations, primarily Medicaid beneficiaries, a comprehensive care model that includes primary care, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), behavioral therapy, and support services.
