Sara is currently the President of Government Programs at Nomi Health. Previously, she was the Senior Vice President, Government Markets and Strategic Initiatives at Icario. Sara has held senior executive roles throughout her career, helping venture-backed organizations develop Medicare and Medicaid program strategies for emerging markets to drive growth and expansion. Sara has also served in various executive team roles at Virgin Pulse (formerly RedBrick Health) and CVS Health (MinuteClinic division).



Sara serves on several Boards of Directors, including both for-profit and nonprofit Boards. Throughout her career Sara has received notable awards such as the Business Journal Top 25 Women to Watch, Top 40 under 40, and was named part of Twin Cities Business Real Power 50. She has also spoken and written extensively at the national level on government programs, SDoH and health equity.
