Misty Roberts is a Registered Nurse and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has extensive experience in quality and process improvement throughout her various leadership roles. Her expertise includes designing enterprise clinical quality infrastructure, governance and reporting processes and developing strategic quality initiatives to improve quality performance. In her current role at CareSource as VP, Quality and Performance Outcomes, she is responsible for overseeing quality operations for all markets and products, in addition to setting strategies to maximize Star ratings and improve HEDIS performance.
Misty is recognized in the healthcare industry for her strategic thought leadership and quality expertise. She is past co-chair of the National Quality Forum (NQF) Measures Applications Partnership Coordinating Committee and served on the Core Quality Measures Collaborative, National Quality Partners Leadership Consortium, National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Committee for Performance Measurement and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Leadership Network Alliance.
Misty is a Board Certified Advanced Nurse Executive. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from Bellarmine University. She is also a member of the National Association for Healthcare Quality.
