Dr. Jayme Banks is the Interim Chief of Student Support Services at The School District of Philadelphia, where she ensures that students have the necessary supports to thrive, resulting in improved attendance, a sense of belonging, and stronger relationships. In her previous role as Deputy Chief of Prevention, Intervention, and Trauma, Dr. Banks expanded the District’s trauma-informed practices and mental health supports. She holds a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in School Psychology, as well as an MBA from Widener University.
