Sarah Sweeney, MSW, MPH, serves as the Assistant Director of Behavioral Health at the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). In her role, she leads research projects focused on evaluating behavioral health quality measurement and access to care standards. With over a decade of experience in behavioral health project management, research, and evaluation, Ms. Sweeney is dedicated to enhancing access to high-quality behavioral health care across the care continuum. She holds both a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the College of Charleston.
