As a dedicated change agent and gubernatorial appointee on numerous high-profile commissions and committees – including the California Mental Health Services and Oversight Commission, City Planning Commissioner, National Mental Health America, and the Steinberg Institute – I am passionate about increasing awareness and eliminating stigma at the local, state, and national levels through tireless advocacy and a hand-spun approach to ensure the sustainability of healthy, operationally strong workforce cultures.
I have extensive experience overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of programs throughout the healthcare continuum – including CEO level oversight of Skilled Nursing, PACE, Medical Center, Mental Health Service Line and free-standing mental health system, and also senior level experience at Children’s Hospital’s and Health Plan.
