Dr. Alyssa Dietz is Head of US Clinical Strategy at ieso. She works cross-functionally to envision, plan, and bring solutions that prioritize patients’ needs to the US market.

A clinical psychologist by training, she began her career as a professor where she balanced treating patients, teaching courses, training therapists, and conducting research on the intersection of mental health and digital interventions. She has worked in a wide range of clinical settings including private practice, residential treatment, university-based behavioral health, the VA, community clinics, and academic medical centers.

Looking to make a stronger impact by connecting treatments that work to the people who need them, she transitioned to industry first at Pear Therapeutics and then Twill (Happify), holding roles across medical affairs, corporate strategy, and clinical strategy.
