Howard Weeks, MD, MBA, is the Chief Medical Officer of Eating Recovery Center & Pathlight Mood and Anxiety. Dr Weeks graduated from NC State University with a degree in Chemical Engineering before going to Duke Medical School. He then graduated from the "Triple Board" Program (Pediatrics/Adult Psychiatry/Child & Adolescent Psychiatry) at the University of Utah. He is Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Adult Psychiatry as well as Clinical Informatics. Dr. Weeks is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
Dr. Weeks spent over 20 years in academics and has extensive clinical and administrative experience. Dr. Weeks maintains an adjunct faculty position at the University of Utah, Huntsman Mental Health Institute (HMHI) as a Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr Weeks received his MBA from the Haslam College of Business where he also lectures on healthcare quality, insurance, strategy and information technology systems.
He is passionate about driving quality healthcare by measuring outcomes and using data to inform clinical decision making.
