Vivien is also the host of the Pear Healthcare Playbook Podcast, where she interviews healthcare leaders about the journey of building healthcare businesses from 0 to 1.
Passionate about supporting female founders, she spearheads Pear’s Female Founder Circle program and serves on the Wharton Healthcare Alumni Board. Vivien was also named Forbes 30 under 30 Venture Capital list and Business Insider’s Rising Stars.
Vivien began her career at The Boston Consulting Group advising healthcare, technology and industrials companies on innovation strategy, and she also worked on executive business strategy, new products and product growth for Airbnb. She received her B.S. in Engineering at Northwestern University and MBA at The Wharton School.
