Gus P. Georgiadis is a seasoned health care executive with a combined forty years of executive level experience at a major health plan and as an employee benefits consultant.
Based in Pittsburgh, PA, he is currently the Area Chairman of the Gallagher Benefit Services operations in PA and upstate NY. He founded Triad USA, Inc. in 1998
and served as President until 2012 when he merged the company with Gallagher Benefit Services. Before establishing Triad, Georgiadis was Executive Vice President for Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, one of the largest health insurers in the United States.
He also develops go to market approaches, as well as strategic product positioning and rollout for numerous pharmaceutical, device and digital health care companies; provides management guidance and counsel to health plans; and serves in a strategic advisory capacity to business startups.
Georgiadis has created several businesses, as well as major initiatives that today serve as national models, including Gateway Health Plan-a Medicaid Managed Plan-and the Children’s Health Insurance Program.
He is an active Board member with numerous organizations including Board Chair of The Neighborhood Resilience Project and the Westminster College Board of Distinguished Visitors.
Georgiadis earned a Political Science and Business degree from Westminster College and an Executive Leadership degree from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business.
