Liz Polson is a results-driver leader who is passionate about learning and development, organizational development, mental health, and health equity. Liz has worked in a variety of industries including telecommunications, advertising, entertainment, and health care, including helping to lead through development of the Disney Infinity product at The Walt Disney Company and building a Centers of Excellence team supporting total rewards, learning and development, employee engagement, and talent management at Myriad Genetics. Liz currently leads a team of HR Directors supporting Enterprise Shared Services at Intermountain Health, a health care system of over 60,000 caregivers.

Liz grew up in Colorado Springs, attended college in Atlanta, and has lived most of her adult life in Salt Lake City. Liz loves to travel with her two kids and her husband. Favorite trips include travel to France, Spain, Germany, Brazil, Japan, and Iceland. Liz earned her BA in International Studies and French from Emory University, and her MBA from the University of Utah. She also completed a yoga teacher certification in 2020 and has been working toward a meditation teacher certification. Liz’s personal mission is to help humans to live life more fully.
