Under Aimee’s leadership, Booz Allen has launched pioneering programs such as the Resilience Fund and Mental Wellbeing Toolkits, providing critical resources to support employees and their families. Beyond her role at Booz Allen, Aimee is a board member of Unified Youth, an organization committed to improving youth mental health. Her professional and personal advocacy reflects a deep commitment to holistic wellbeing. She holds a B.S. in communications media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in instructional technology from Bloomsburg University, and a CHRO certificate from Cornell University.
