Ms. Freedman is a Senior Director within the Quality Measurement Team at the National Quality Forum (NQF). She oversees NQF’s Aligned Innovation initiative to rapidly develop innovative measures and support their implementation in value-based payment. In this role she has formed partnerships to implement low-burden, secure data governance and sharing arrangements that enable rapid site-level testing of a patient-reported outcomes-based performance measure across newly recruited diverse provider practices. She has a deep interest in using analytics to structure measurement and incentives for value-based payment programs.
