Rachel is the Division Vice President of Trust & Safety at TaskUs, leading client satisfaction, scaled global operations, and technology innovation in the area of trust & safety and psychological health & safety. In her role, Rachel has responsibility for TaskUs’ worldwide trust & safety practices and employee health and safety through the management of end-to-end scaled operations for a team of 130 employees across 9 countries with deep expertise in human behavior. Rachel is a psychotherapist by trade and expert in building scaled psychological health and safety programs.
