In her current role as Associated Vice President of Behavioral Health, Tory Gildred, LICSW, SUDP, oversees statewide internal and external transformational Whole Person initiatives for Molina Healthcare of Washington. Prior to her Molina work, Tory spent the first decade of her career working in nonprofits, community mental health and SUD treatment and in the last decade, Tory has focused on building statewide clinical programs to include Zero Suicide, Sole Source & Integrated Foster Care programs at Centene, Kaiser Permanente of Washington’s Integrated Mental Health work, and leading multiple integrated statewide Medicaid managed care implementations. In addition to her Molina leadership role, Tory maintains a private practice focusing on co-occurring (MH/SUD) disorders, and is passionate about driving systemic changes and innovations in care delivery
