He has been instrumental in spearheading and overseeing Accenture’s work with major organizations across North America, including the 988 administrator in the US, Vibrant Emotional Health, the National 988 Coordinator in Canada, and the Center for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). This worked spanned strategy, product development and operations.

Pawel has been at the forefront of developing and evolving Accenture’s Behavioral Health Solution, a comprehensive platform designed to enhance behavioral health services. Pawel has delivered cutting-edge solutions that blend technology with behavioral health services, creating innovative tools that address critical mental health needs across diverse populations.

As a business operator, Pawel has successfully managed large, multi-disciplinary teams of over 100 members, driving both business and technology transformations.
