Erica Scott is a strategic HR leader passionate about empowering organizations with purpose.  Currently, she leverages her 20+ years of expertise at the Grand Canyon Trust, focusing on building a high-performing HR department that champions the Trust's vital mission to protect the Colorado Plateau.

 

Erica's leadership journey includes a role as the first Director of People and Culture at MAPS Public Benefit Corporation (now Lykos Therapeutics).  There, she guided the team through explosive growth and nationwide transformation.  This experience solidified her commitment to building diverse and supportive workplaces.

 

Erica holds degrees in Global Business and Information Management from Arizona State University.  She's a credentialed professional with SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and the Veterans at Work certification.
