Matt Miclette, VP of Clinical Operations at NeuroFlow, is an expert on technology-driven infrastructure for integrated care and population behavioral health. His work focuses on integrating behavioral health in primary care and developing digital health solutions for health systems, payers, and the federal government.
As an Army Veteran Miclette treated physical and psychological trauma. He also recently led NeuroFlow's award-winning submission to the VA's Mission Daybreak prize for suicide prevention innovation.
Previously, he conducted policy research at the University of Pennsylvania's (Penn) Leonard Davis Institute and served on Philadelphia's Opioid Task Force. Miclette holds nonprofit leadership positions, including co-founder and Executive Director of Action Tank, a social impact Veteran nonprofit. He holds a BSN from the University of Vermont and master's degrees in social policy and public health from Penn. Miclette is a 2016 Tillman Scholar and alum of the George W. Bush Institute Veteran Leadership Program.
