Lorena Roth, LCSW, Sr Director for National Mental Health, Wellness and Addiction Care at Kaiser Permanente oversees strategic programs across all Kaiser Permanente markets aimed at improving outcomes and experience of care for members, with a focus on the clinical operations of specialty mental health and addiction medicine. Her portfolio includes workstreams focused on measurement-based care, suicide prevention, and workforce development, including professional identity and practice to support frontline mental health clinicians. She is on Kaiser Permanente’s National Mental Health, Wellness and Addiction Care leadership team. As a clinician with more than 23 years of experience, she has focused her bilingual Spanish practice on children and families working in community mental health and healthcare settings. She earned her BA degree from the University of California, Berkeley and MSW from the University of Southern California. She is a native of Chile and in the Bay Area in Northern California home.
