Noopur Agarwal is Vice President of Social Impact for SHOWTIME/MTV Entertainment Studios at Paramount Global, where she leverages media to drive culture change across major brands including MTV, SHOWTIME, Comedy Central and CMT. In this role, she oversees MTVE Culture, a multipronged initiative that empowers content creators to drive positive impact through inclusive storytelling. Noopur has specific expertise in mental health and has helped build a groundbreaking coalition of top industry and expert partners who collectively developed the Mental Health Media Guide, a first-of-its-kind resource designed to help content creators expand mental health representation in entertainment.

Prior to joining Paramount, Noopur was a consultant at Bain & Company, a global strategy consulting firm, where she supported senior management in a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services and consumer products. She received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BA in Economics from Harvard College.
