Nisha Desai is Co-founder & COO of Anise Health, the first culturally-responsive digital mental health platform for Asian Americans. Nisha identifies as a second-generation South Asian American and is passionate about improving access to high-quality, holistic healthcare and breaking the stigma around mental health in underserved communities.

Previously, Nisha was a Senior Product Manager in Humana’s Digital Health & Analytics Group, where she led the development of an asynchronous text-based therapy product for Commercial members and managed a cross-functional team building a digital strategy for Medicaid members. She also spent 5 years in healthcare finance, where she was an investor focused on behavioral health, care delivery, innovative payors, and health-tech. Nisha has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
