Adele has over a decade of experience researching youth mental health in the UK and US, on topics ranging from the genetics of mental health to wellbeing interventions to mental health care seeking. She is now leading the research on the Youth Mental Health Tracker (YMHT), a mental health data platform to empower equitable, youth-centered solutions (launching December 2024). The YMHT, developed in partnership with SHOWTIME/MTV Entertainment Studios and Pivotal Ventures, will provide an unprecedented, integrated understanding of youth mental health to inform scalable solutions and drive impactful change. Adele holds a PhD in Behaviour Genetics from the University of Bristol and a B.A. in Natural Sciences (with a specialisation in Experimental Psychology) from the University of Cambridge.
