Sara Gotheridge is the Chief Medical Officer at Array, where she oversees the clinical leadership team and quality program and collaborates with the operations team to ensure high-quality, scalable and sustainable patient care.

With 25 years of experience in expanding behavioral healthcare practices, Sara brings expertise in integrated care and community mental health. She has held key leadership positions at LifeStance Health and Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare and maintains her own practice. Before her medical career, Sara spent over a decade in IT at Trustmark Insurance Company, ultimately serving as VP of Information Systems. She later pursued psychiatry, becoming a prominent figure in the field. As a psychiatrist and CMO, she has developed large multidisciplinary practices and implemented innovative behavioral health programs on a national scale. Sara is also a dedicated educator, serving as a Clinical Instructor at Northwestern University since 2001.
